We have a few rules which I’d like to let you know about. I know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read.
#1 – No Parties or Events.
Our home is for the enjoyment of registered guests only.
#2 – Only registered Guests are allowed.
Only registered guests can stay overnight and all Visitors must sign in at security.
#3 – No Smoking
No smoking in the condo or on any of the balconies.
#4 - Please Clean Up Dishes
If you use any dishes during your stay, we would appreciate if you would clean them. The dishwasher soap is under the kitchen sink.
#4 – No Eating or Drinking in the bedrooms.
This helps us keep a clean and tidy bedroom for all our guests.
#6 – Fake Tan = Bring your own sheets an Towels.
If you use a tanner or sunscreen with bronzers please plan an using your own sheets. This will help us keep the sheets clean for other guests.
#7 – Turn off the Air Conditioner Units.
Please turn off or raise the temperature on the AC when you are not in the unit.
#8 – No Pets Allowed.
#9 – No Excessive noise, especially after 11pm.
#10 – Lost keys and Fobs will incur a $75.00 replacement fee.
#11 – Check out time is 11am
